We offer a formation package which includes entity filing and drafting of Articles of Organization or Incorporation, Membership Certificates, and an Operating Agreement for $1,500.00 plus the filing fee, which varies for each entity. Highly recommended Buy/Sell Agreements are an additional $500.00. We will also customize a package to fit your needs. Fees are subject to change and do not include expenses.
